Quave ONE has two ways to run your infrastructure:
- Quave ONE Direct — run on Quave-managed regions with one simple compute unit and clear overage rules.
- Quave ONE Connect — run the same platform in your own cloud account with a monthly platform license. You pay your cloud provider directly for infrastructure.

Quave ONE Direct
Most accounts only pay for zCloud compute. The three variable overage lines below exist for unusually large local persistent disks, retained backups, or heavy source-build usage.

A zCloud is 0.5 vCPU and 0.5 GB RAM. Usage is measured over the month, and you can see the breakdown in Manage → Plans & Billing → Usage.

Quave ONE Connect
Quave ONE Connect starts from $399/month as a platform license. You keep and pay your own cloud account separately. See the Quave ONE Connect solution page or Pricing details for tier details.
What normally changes your bill?
- Running more containers, replicas, or larger databases increases zCloud usage.
- Increasing managed database disk above the included 5 GB per zCloud can add disk overage.
- Retaining more Quave-managed database backup storage above 30 GB per app environment can add backup overage.
- Running many or slow source builds above 600 minutes per account per month can add build overage from August 2026 onward.
Savings Plans discount zCloud compute usage only. Storage overage, build overage, and licenses and services are added separately. Account credits, when present, apply later to the full monthly amount.
