Usage

We value your ability to track and manage your resource consumption. Understanding your usage is essential for optimal efficiency and cost management.

Accessing Your Usage Data​

To access your usage details, navigate to the Manage > Plans & Billing menu within your account dashboard.

Usage Tab: A Comprehensive Overview​

The Usage tab provides you with a comprehensive snapshot of your resource consumption for both the current month and past months.

  • Each row in the usage table corresponds to an app environment you are utilizing.
  • The total consumption of each app environment is calculated based on the hours each container operated during the month, multiplied by the corresponding zCloud limit.
  • Starting with July 2026 billing, Quave ONE Direct managed databases and regular apps with a local persistent volume can include storage overage for allocated disk and retained backups. July storage overage appears on the invoice sent in August.
  • Disk includes 5 GB per allocated zCloud. Backup storage includes 30 GB per app environment in each region. Usage above those included amounts is measured hourly and averaged over the full billing month. Managed database backups are retained for up to 7 days by default; the 30 GB included amount is a billing allowance, not an automatic deletion cap.
  • Disk storage overage applies to Direct managed databases and regular apps with a local persistent volume. It does not apply to stateless application containers, Shared Storage, or backup objects stored in a customer-owned object-storage account.
  • Starting with August 2026 billing, accounts can also include build overage when source-build usage exceeds the included 600 build minutes per account per month. July 2026 build usage is internal preview only and is not charged to customers.
  • Build overage is account-level, not app-env-level. When it applies, it appears as a separate Build usage line.

Please note that we round the hours to ensure our minimum billing unit is 1 hour.
